WA: Rezoning for retirement in Boyanup

A former function centre, Meadowbrooke Estate in Boyanup, is soon to be rezoned to allow for a retirement village. Plans for the site have already been prepared by the developers that allow up to 125 residential units for people over 55 to be constructed on the 27 acre property.
