WA’s Regents Garden Aubin Grove releases new three-bedroom bungalows for $425,000

WA operator Regents Garden’s stage 3 development of its Aubin Grove retirement village has started selling, with three-bedroom and two-bathroom bungalows priced at $425,000.

When the price of a three-bedroom house in Aubin Grove, 23km north of Perth’s CBD, costing anything from $500,000, it is easy to see why Aubin Grove manager Vicki Moss said “the resort is selling”.

Stage 3 of the development features a clubhouse, while Stage 4 of the new village will comprise 79 exclusive bungalows and begin early next year. In total, the village is being built in six stages.

Regents Garden Group, whose CEO is Salim Lee, own and operate a number of retirement villages and aged care residences in Perth’s northern suburbs.
