1 min read

The former state manager of St Vincent’s Care Services is set to take the reigns of the Not For Profit’s operations in the Sunshine State.

Ms Emmer started her career as a Registered Nurse, and draws on more than 20 years’ experience in senior executive roles.

This includes nine years with Ramsay Health, where she was chief executive of St Andrews Ipswich Private Hospital and Noosa Hospital.

Ms Emmer said Wesley Mission has incredible potential and geographical reach across Queensland to be able to provide further support for communities.

“I’m excited to see how we can continue to use the vast expertise of our dedicated and passionate staff and our innovative approach to support people with mental health programs and disability services and to continue to advocate for more aged care funding for residential aged care and home care packages to give our elders the care they deserve,” she said.
