Attention operators: applications open to develop NT Government’s seniors’ lifestyle project

As we reported here last December, the Government has been seeking expressions of interest from developers, operators and investors to build and run their Darwin Rural Seniors’ Lifestyle Accommodation development on Crown land at Coolalinga – 29 kilometres south-east of the CBD.

The area is part of a new commercial precinct that includes shops, nature reserves and a public bus interchange, and is nine kilometres from the Palmerston Regional Hospital.

The Government is now calling for official Requests for Detailed Proposals (RFDP), which are open to land lease operators, private and Not For Profit providers.
