Retirement rental operator Eureka Group informed the ASX it completed buying the management and letting rights on Monday for three more Oxford Crest villages in southeast Queensland.
They add 188 units to Eureka’s portfolio and are in Deagon, Brisbane; Raceview, Ipswich (pictured); and Gympie, 171km north of Brisbane.
As we reported last month, Eureka finalised the management and letting rights to three southeast QLD villages operated by Oxford Crest, with 145 homes.
Eureka told the ASX yesterday that it had acquired an additional 333 units from Oxford Crest in total.
Its shares are 3.52% lower in the year-to-date.
