Stage 3 of a 213-home land lease community in Howard has been released after strong demand saw the project’s first two stages fully sold or reserved.
John Barounis, State Member for Maryborough, and Fraser Coast Regional Council Councillor Michelle Byrne joined AHC Limited Chief Executive Officer Rod MacLeod for the official launch of the third stage, which will see 36 two- and three-bedroom homes completed in the Queensland land lease community.
Good Life RV & Lifestyle Resort Fraser Coast is AHC’s first land lease community, with the company traditionally focused on residential, retail and industrial developments.
Rod said Stage 3, known as ‘The Wellness Precinct’, reflects its proximity to the estate’s walking tracks, private nature reserve and key amenities.
“We’ve had incredible buyer interest in the first two stages, reflecting the strong demand for these types of homes in the region. Many of the people living in our community have moved from larger blocks of land to seek a lower-maintenance lifestyle without needing to compromise on space, quality or the benefits of country living,” he said.
“Generous lot sizes set these homes apart and with the community spread across 40 hectares, low maintenance yards and a secure gated setting, they provide an ideal environment for Over 50s to enjoy their golden years in style.

Two properties, listed on its website as Homes Without The Wait Time!, are priced from $804,000 (three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, study nook and two-car garage) to $883,000 (two-bedrooms plus MPR home and RV garage). The prices are subject to change.
