The village operator has invested big-time in a new clubhouse at its The Aerie community in Narrabundah designed to encourage connection between residents in the wake of the increasing isolation and loneliness being reported during COVID.
The $5.2 million development – built by PBS Building ACT and designed by Demaine Partnership – inspired by Canberra’s Garden City nickname with large balconies, verandahs and alfresco areas offering views over the Kowen ranges and the Capital Public Golf Course, plus an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, lounge, outdoor terrace, hairdressing salon, and library.
