Living Choice has unveiled the plans for the first stage of its new retirement village in Galston, 36km northwest of the Sydney CBD, including four different villa layouts.
At an information session last week, the operator showcased its Arcadia, Ashdale, Glenorie and Spencer villas, which range from 156sqm to 185sqm and each include two bedrooms and two bathrooms; plans were also presented for the two-storey leisure centre.
Nine villas are planned for the first stage of the development, with slabs to be poured before the end of the year, weather permitting.
“Prices will be similar to those at Living Choice Glenhaven, which are currently between $1.5 million and $1.8 million,” said Group General Manager Jason Sack.
When completed, the village will comprise 40 two- and three-bedroom villas plus apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, with bulk earthworks expected to begin in the first half of this year; it received development approval in September 2021.
