Northerly Group has begun construction on a new “resort-style” strata titled over-55s apartment complex in the beachside suburb of Scarborough, WA.
Altum by Northerly will comprise 51 luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from $695,000 to $2,505,000, featuring high ceilings, full-height windows, large balconies, and age-friendly design.
Amenities are set to include a heated indoor swimming pool, private cinema, wine cellar, spa, gym, bar, lounge, café, and beauty salon; the complex will also be located just 450 metres from Scarborough Beach.
“Altum deliberately gives residents resort-style living, with peerless facilities and services that cater for a carefree, low maintenance style of life.

The development is slated for completion in February 2023, with developers telling The West Australian that 35% of available apartments have already pre-sold, at an average of 25 enquiries per week.
