The boutique village operator is rolling out the second stage of its Kanwal retirement village, 90km north of Sydney, after the first stage almost sold out.
Director of Oak Tree Group, Mark Bindon, told Coast Community News that about 20 of the villas already occupied (some residents pictured above).
“So, we’re building the rest of the village in one movement instead of two stages, which is quite unusual, but it reflects the demand in the area,” he said.
The village will eventually be home to 58 single-storey villas with 14 two-bedroom and 44 three-bedroom.
Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2021.
