More than 60% of homes in the developer’s Lakeside community in Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast (108km south of Brisbane) were bought by locals in a “stellar” sales run that wrapped up this month.
As we reported here, Halcyon also recently took out the 2019 Urban Development Institute of Australia’s National Seniors Living award for Lakeside’s environmentally-friendly design.
Project director, Chris Carley, says the handful of remaining homes within the final stage of sales (Elevation II) are also expected to sell out over the next month.
The Elevation II homes range from 185sqm to over 300sqm and include the exclusive RV range which provides buyers with the chance to house their caravan or RV home under the same roof (pictured).
Prices for these homes start from $589,000.
Lakeside is Halcyon’s third Sunshine Coast community – it also has an additional six sites across QLD.
