The first stage of Aveo’s Bella Vista community, located within Mulpha’s $3 billion Norwest project, is only set to open its doors this month, but has already received over 750 enquiries for the 64 units which are priced from $495,000.
Mulpha is Aveo’s largest shareholder and the integrated community will feature a waterfront dining restaurant and bar overlooking the precinct’s newly formed lake, walking circuits that connect to gardens and fitness stations.
