The leading Not For Profit plans to redevelop its Lady Small Haven 170-unit village and 107-bed aged care home on four hectares at Benowa.

The feasibility study is for a seniors campus with aged care, supported living units and retirement living apartments in low-rise buildings no more than six storeys high, and a community hub, allied health and retail.

Churches of Christ in Queensland now operates 23 retirement villages and 28 aged care services in QLD and VIC and CEO Dean Phelan (pictured) says a number of growth and acquisition projects and opportunities are in the pipeline for 2017 and beyond.
