RV Lifestyle Village Oceanside is working on the first stage of 80 homes in a “master-planned” land lease community designed for active travellers.
As we reported here, the site, roughly 300km north of the Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, will have 486 home sites when complete.
Local contractor Devon is hoping to have the first stage complete by October with the family-run operator planning to have the community finished within the next five to seven years.
