GemLife to build 150-unit RV on QLD’s Sunshine Coast hinterland

GemLife is expanding its presence in Queensland with the construction of GemLife Palmwoods, a 150-unit land lease community located 20km from the Sunshine Coast.

The land lease operator has 6 locations in Queensland with Palmwoods joining developments in Pacific Paradise, Maroochy Quays, Bribie Island, Highfields and the Gold Coast.

GemLife also has two developments in NSW, and one in Victoria.

GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich says, “Palmwoods is sought after for its small-town character, relaxed lifestyle, and mild, subtropical climate - we anticipate strong demand.”

GemLife will also construct a country club and recreation and leisure facilities.
