Designed by Shane Denman Architects, the new building is leased by the Gainsborough Greens Golf Club from the private land lease developer.
It has been built as part of Halcyon’s neighbouring Halcyon Greens community which will have 500 homes when complete and is being billed as Australia’s first over-50s golf and lifestyle community.
It’s part of 2.5 hectares of lifestyle facilities planned by Halcyon for the flagship site including a new Country Club, recreation club and lodge, cinema, gym and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court and bowling green.
