QLD Not For Profit gets green light for 200-unit retirement village and 100-bed aged care home in Ipswich

Bethany Christian Care has received approval to develop a 6ha parcel of land at Redbank Plains (pictured above), 12km from the Ipswich CBD and 35km from the Brisbane CBD, opposite the local Christian school.

Established in 1949, Bethany has three co-located sites on Brisbane’s southside.

The new facility is now expected to be completed in 2021 and the retirement units in stages from 2021.
