The village will eventually be home to 266 two- and three-bedroom houses with over 400 residents and is part of the 350 hectare Willowdale master-planned community at Denham Court.
Stockland has also picked out a site adjoining the village for a proposed aged care facility to provide residents with continued care when needed.
Willowdale is Stocklands 70th village, with more than 11,000 residents across Australia.
They are the countrys largest builder of new village homes, with 300 new units being built each year.
