Seven weeks after opening sales for his new village in Bowral, long-time village operator Kevin Ryan has logged $40 million in presales with 24 homes sold.
This is 50% of Stage One. The 17ha site will be home to 135 homes priced from $1.2 million.
Part of the high attraction is the fact that all community facilities are also being delivered in Stage One.
