Uniting launches 30 independent living units – including affordable housing – on NSW South Coast

As we covered here, the Not For Profit is building 24 units for seniors’ and disability housing and six units for affordable housing across the road from its Osborne aged care home in Nowra (pictured), 170km south of Sydney (population over 30,000).

The affordable housing units are being funded through the NSW Government’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF), which aims to address housing stress and homelessness.
